Dragging Brakes is common with sport bike motorcycles. It is described as stopping (often the front) wheel from freely rotating. This is common and is not that bad for the bike. If there is extreme dragging it could be a symptom of a larger problem, mainly a bent rotator. The most common way to lessen dragging is to clean the brake pistons.
